The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that a security deposit of GBP 500 is required for incidentals. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card used for booking upon check-in.

Standard Studio - Basement. This studio apartment is located in the basement of a warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 1920s. It offers a partitioned sleeping area and separate shower room. It sleeps 1-3 with a double bed and a sofa bed. Hoxton Square is just around the corner. Two Bedroom Apartment - Loft. Situated on the whole second (top) floor, this large loft studio is within an attractive old warehouse which was once a furniture factory and a picture framing workshop. Fully renovated in spring 2014, the stylish and modern studio retains a lot of retro charm. Accommodating 6 guests, the spacious studio offers 2 double bedrooms and a steeping loft with a further double bedroom. The main bedroom has a freestanding bath at the foot of the bed and en-suite facilities. There is a main bathroom. The ever buzzing Hoxton Square is just around the corner.
